In my practice, I work experientially , following the Boswijk method in Doorn. This means: not endlessly talking about what's going on, but exploring together what you're actually feeling – in the here and now.
Using interventions from Gestalt therapy, Buddhist psychology, and body-oriented approaches, I guide you to the core of your workspace. Whatever you feel there—sadness, anger, loss, longing—is given space to be expressed. Sometimes for the first time.
By doing what was previously impossible, something new arises: insight, peace, and a different perspective on yourself and your life.
Relation
therapy
Are you growing apart, are you stuck in the same patterns, or do you want to consciously work on something together? There are many reasons to seek therapy as a couple.
In relationship therapy, I use Sue Johnson's EFT method (Emotionally Focused Therapy). We explore where the pain points lie, how you miss each other or are no longer in touch—and how you can find your way back to connection.
Just like in individual therapy, I also work here experientially, with elements from Gestalt therapy, Buddhist psychology and body-oriented work.
At the Boswijk Institute, I offer ongoing therapy groups. In these groups, participants explore their own issues in a safe environment while interacting with others. Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to reflect on yourself, become more visible, and experience what happens in relation to others. Visit www.boswijkinstituut.nl for more information about the format and content.
I also offer the Parent Growth Group : a biweekly meeting for parents who want to reflect on their own development within parenthood. In an open and nonjudgmental atmosphere, there's room to share experiences, reflect on what parenthood evokes in you, and explore together any challenges you're facing.
This group isn't a parenting course, but a place where you can get to know yourself better as a parent and as a person. Through the recognition and support of others, space is created for reflection, deepening your understanding, and personal growth.

The world around you reflects what lives within you. Change within, and you will see your world change.
