General Terms of Treatment Agreement
A treatment agreement is formed after the initial session and confirmation of a follow-up appointment. It outlines the therapist–client relationship, treatment goals, payment terms, cancellation policy (min. 48h notice), confidentiality, dossier rights, and reporting procedures. The agreement may be terminated by mutual consent, notice from either party, breach of terms, or after 3+ months without sessions. Bosstraattherapie accepts no liability for damages resulting from incomplete client information or use of property during sessions.
