Relationship therapy

In relationship therapy, I use Sue Johnson's EFT method (Emotionally Focused Therapy). This approach assumes that recurring conflicts often lie beneath a deeper, emotional disconnect. Together, we explore the pain points, how you miss each other or are no longer connecting – and how you can find your way back to connection.

When in therapy

Are you growing apart, are you constantly stuck in the same patterns, or do you actually want to consciously work on something together?

There are many reasons to seek therapy as a couple. In the sessions, we examine the patterns that have developed in your relationship. What exactly happens when you lose touch, or when things escalate?

By becoming aware of this, space is created for something new: for vulnerability, for reopening to each other, and for the feeling of being seen and heard again. This creates deeply felt insights, and you can meet again from a softer place—in more openness, connection, and safety. In that connection, deeper desires and needs often surface: the desire to feel valued, seen, accepted, or close. By learning to recognize and share these needs, it becomes possible to reach each other in a new way.

What can you expect?

We'll start with an intake interview, supported by a series of questionnaires, to map your relationship and your needs. We'll then schedule a series of five sessions, after which we'll evaluate each session and determine together what the next steps will be. Between sessions, you'll work on assignments that will help you deepen your connection and the process. These assignments will nurture the connection between you, such as practical exercises or reading supporting literature.

Session duration: 75 minutes

Rate: €135 per session
